First quarter of 2024 down, 3 more to go. 2024 so far has been a mishmash of events all over the world. Wars, recessions, recoveries, job losses, job growths, cutbacks, elections, sprees and so on. We all admit that the macro environment is always a theatre of events so there's never really a shortage of peculiarities to look at. However, when we turn the lens right down on your business so far, are you satisfied with what you see? Do you think there is a better place?

It's spring. Foliage is blooming. Your brand should be no exception. A quarter is all you need to be in the very place you dreamed about yesterday. No law says you have to play tango with external downturns. The fun part? It's not so difficult. Only a handful of things need to be switched on, and boom! You're golden!

1. Branded survey forms to capture WHO your users, customers and audiences are.

Let's be honest. People hate filling forms. That's probably why autofill options in most browsers are used by nearly a quarter of the internet. It just helps customers save time and keep thing moving as they seek the next best thing. But, if they really don't like forms, why are we asking you to design surveys (which have at least one question and form field)?

Because, having the exact knowledge of who your user is and why they probably use your service saves you from the risk of assuming what their needs are and the number of trial-and-error marketing strategies you need to make before getting your sales up. Sure, they won't all fill the survey, but the ones who do are the ones you would never get it wrong with. We certainly can help you with every step of this.

2. Creative videos telling them who you are.

Nothing so elaborate. They've told you who they are. It's only right you tell them who you are. In fact, they should know who you are before asking them; so, this should have been number one. Lol. When we say ‘tell them who you are’, we mean who the human behind the business is. It brings forward the human and personal touch to what you do and registers better with your audience as they are persuaded you are not a scam or a bot. A two-minute fun-themed video of your personal interests, passion, why you got into business and how you will help them does the job neatly. Think TikTok, Instagram stories, YouTube Shorts or even your website’s home page. Remember, videos are 80% more engaging than texts. Wield this power. We’ve got some amazing video design ideas we’d be happy to share with you.

3. Cool product pages, catalogues, or both

What you sell must scream quality from top down. You are in a market of picky customers, judgy users, swift business, and cash reigning as king. It doesn’t matter if your products are here and now or in the cloud, the principles are the same. A couple of pages detailing each of your products, their selling prices, possible customer reviews and how customers can pay for them is very good business practice. Nice pictures, crisp layouts, catchy themes, lively fonts, and several other bits are things we can crank up for you in this area.

4. Attractive product checkout

They know who you are, you know who they are and what their needs are, they’ve seen your products and want to purchase. What do they see next? Well, here is where you showcase how far ahead you’ve thought about their convenience. It could be a catchy checkout web page with all the relevant product costs, sales discounts and delivery fees, or a neat invoice that details product dispatch information and return policy. All of these do the same thing: prepares the customer to receive the product. A better idea may be to embed demo videos of the product in use or in package to prime the customer for what to expect and send out in a nicely thought-out themed email. It’s not difficult at all. We are happy to assist here.

5. Branded mystery gifts

Your customer has completed their order, received the package and are now unboxing. But, as they reach for the product inside, they feel something else: a glossy branded discount card. Effective for repeat business and fostering future patronage, your discount cards can tell your brand story quite aptly. Who says they always have to be printed? Parachuting a digital version to your customer’s email with catchy GIFs and images is another surefire way to execute the same strategy. Our team is more than capable in showing you how could pull this off and get your brand to be topmost on your customers’ minds.

We’ve been there, done that and gotten a t-shirt. Let’s run this for you.

Godspeed, friend.
